Payments & Access
How do I purchase a course?
Browse our courses at carbonstrata.org/courses, click on any course, then click Enroll Now. You’ll be asked to create an account or log in, then complete payment through PayPal.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll have immediate access to all course materials from your student dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payment via PayPal, which supports:
- PayPal account balance
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers where supported by PayPal in your region
How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the course. You can revisit the material, download any resources, and complete assessments at your own pace with no expiry date.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a course, please contact us at support@carbonstrata.org within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.
Is my payment information secure?
